Horrible service

They came out on Tuesday to pull out our hvac and water heater. The installer told us the water heater was old but not too bad. Then they told us we needed a new one. We purchased a new one through a family friend, and now we can’t get them to come back out at install our hvac. Now it is the weekend and we have to hire another company to put the system back. Our contractor texted him several times and I left several voice messages.

EXTREMELY Frustrated!!!!!!!!

It is extremely discouraging and frustrating to have to start my day by having to write yet another review on this incompetent company. I have been dealing with issues for the past 6 years! Yesterday, I had once again technicians come to my house to supposedly fix an ongoing issue with my ductless Mitsubishi A/C System. After four (4) hours of messing with one of the "heads" of my system, the technicians relate that the part (coil) that the company had sent me was bad. This was a "'new" part four seasons ordered to fix the issue with this head and it was a bad, non-functioning part!! Not only did it take several visits from different technicians to find the issue, but once the problem was diagnosed, they send a NON-WORKING part to my house to be installed! Three technicians have recommended the best way to solve the problem with the system would be to replace the entire head for a new, but the company WON'T take the technicians recommendations into consideration. They WON'T change the head for a new one even though this is the best solution and would avoid all this wasted time and endless visits from this company to my house. Needless to say that I am sick and tired of Four Seasons! They rather keep wasting MY TIME and continue making visits instead of doing what's right, which in this case is to change the old head for a new one!!! I have wasted SO MUCH on this that at the end of the day THEY OWE ME money for all the time and aggravation spent on this over the years. This year alone they've had to visit over 5 times!!!! I have NO IDEA how they have such high rating. It's a hoax!! DO NO BELIEVE THEIR RATING!! If you can find someone else to handle your cooling and heating I HIGHLY urge you to do it. DO NOT trust this company with your systems. It's gotten to the point where legal action is in order against this company.

Fantastic and Courteous Service

Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I often have experienced high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. What fantastic service! He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future, and promised to email me an estimate if needed but it seems to be working fine now. This is how you build good customer trust. I'll definitely call in the future if I need AC service.

Worse service

The worse service ever. The technician stated he could repair my AC unit. He gave us a price of $295, so we agreed. Within 10 minutes he returned and stated he couldn’t fix it and we need a new unit. What a bunch of bull. A total rip off. I’m going to leave a bad review to every site.

What happened? Used to be good.

I have used Four Seasons for years and always had great service. Until now. Over the summer, my furnace started leaking water. The Four Seasons technician told me I had a frozen coil and refilled my air conditioner with freon. $724. I was told that I should consider replacing the air conditioner and given a $7000 ballpark price. The next day, a pompous salesman called me asking if I was ready to buy that air conditioner yet. How rude! Approximately one month later, the furnace leaked water again. I had a different company come out and determine that I had a clogged line and he cleaned the line and solved the problem. By the way, the air conditioner had plenty of freon and there was no evidence of a frozen coil. Very disappointed!

Mess left behind

A neighbor had their ac replaced by Four Seasons. The technician left a total mess with left over parts and stains on the roof. While doing the replacement he dropped materials on the roof which may have punctured the membrane. Thoroughly unprofessional. Pictures available..

My experience with Four Seasons was enjoyable. My specialist, Walter explained everything to me about the installation and how to take care of my A/C unit. The installers came on time and worked well together. My home is so cool and comfortable now, Financing with Four Seasons was affordable and easy on my budget. I call Four Seasons when I need efficient, reliable and affordable electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning services. I can trust them to do their best!

Well run company!

I am so impressed with four seasons heating and cooling. As soon as they walked in the door they went to work to access what the problem was. Robert and Nicholas were able to diagnose and fix my AC issue that two other companies were unable to. Robert explained everything to me so it made sense. They were honest and up front about pricing and explained what my best options were. It was refreshing to work with people with common sense and simple solutions. I highly recommend Four Seasons.
