I called to get a estimate. They came out the next day to do the estimate. And on the following day they did install. They techs were fast and knew exactly how to get the install done correctly. Made sure everything was running perfectly and that I was satisfied before they left. Everything was installed exactly as the salesman described. So far I very happy with my new Lennox furnace and central air system.
